Michael is building a legacy for children around the world and across all generations. His work connects the language children encounter with the Bingo&Dingo! brand message they experience directly through the Bingo&Dingo! books, videos and live performances.
Michael’s mission is to empower children to develop a healthy relationship with themselves, strengthening their well-being and supporting their mental health. He pursues this mission by creating children’s books and video content that children engage with and enjoy. Each reading experience is designed to foster a love for reading and encourage continued reading, supporting growth in vocabulary and literacy throughout a child’s formative years.
Knowledge Into Creation
Michael’s pursuit of knowledge began early and crossed disciplines. He studies ancient, historical and modern texts across the world’s religious, spiritual and philosophical traditions. That global perspective informs his examination of language, thought and human behavior.
His study extends into psychology, psychotherapy, neuroscience, behavioral science and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), with particular attention to neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation, meditation and breathwork modalities.
As a linguist, Michael examines how language constructs meaning. As an author, he determines how that meaning unfolds through reading. His specialization in ancestral languages informs the precision he brings to word choice, rhythm and spoken expression.
Fatherhood gives his work personal responsibility. Entrepreneurship and performance shape how he executes and brings it directly to families.
Development Through Participation
Michael designs children’s media around what the child actively does.
A spoken cue directs attention. The child responds, connecting language with action. Repetition gives that response a recognizable structure, while guided breathing creates a moment to attend to the body. These decisions connect literacy with physical participation and create opportunities to practice self-regulation alongside an adult or individually.
His study of neuroplasticity informs his emphasis on repeated practice. Behavioral science informs how he organizes cues and responses. Nervous system regulation is a central design consideration in the breath-and-body activities that accompany the work.
Mindfulness and cognitive development are integrated into that broader developmental purpose. The child participates through both action and language.
Creating Bingo&Dingo!™
Michael created Bingo&Dingo!™ to offer children premium children’s books centered around both interactive and passive reading experiences within his children’s books catalogue.
In A Fun Fun Trip on a Pirate Ship, children play a character. Captain Bingo and Dingo lead 32 interactive clues that connect reading with physical participation. Breath-and-body activities frame the experience, giving the child a structured beginning and completion.
The story leads to the child’s declaration: “I am the real treasure!” The child follows the sequence, participates in the discovery and speaks the words.
ZOOM ZOOMING TO THE MOON! creates an active reading experience that places readers directly inside the story, as though they are participating themselves. Commander Bingo and Co-Pilot Dingo’s friendship carries the story through space exploration, connecting STEM education with scientific discovery.
Through B&D Books, Michael extends this work into original music, intentionally paced 2D animation and live programming. Each format gives the child a purposeful way to participate.
Cognitive ease, nervous system regulation and neuroplasticity development are central to Michael’s mission and purpose in his life and legacy: to assist children in their formative years in developing a more harmonious experience in their interaction with life itself. He assists children in developing their inner world so that they can experience life through conscious awareness of their limitless and boundless human nature.
The Architecture
Michael originated ONAS™, the Obsidian Narrative Architecture Standard, to define how he constructs human developmental narratives.
ONAS™ establishes a framework for Michael’s intellectual property. DLP™, Deterministic Linguistic Programming, is his method for organizing intentional language and response cues within that framework.
Intentionality and precision guide every masterpiece from manuscript to finished publication.
Leading in Person
Michael’s author visits bring the work directly to children. He leads shared experiences in which children participate through their voices and bodies. YouTube videos of his appearances at Edith Garehime Elementary School in Las Vegas, Nevada, document hundreds of children singing, dancing and speaking affirmations together. Michael’s visits include public and private schools in the Clark County School District area, churches and nonprofits within the community of Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.
Performances give Michael direct contact with the children he writes for and the audiences he serves. The words become spoken responses. The movement becomes shared participation. Michael leads the experience alongside his daughter and co-star, Destiny.
A Fun Fun Trip on a Pirate Ship received a Mom’s Choice Awards® Gold honor and multiple Readers’ Favorite five-star reviews. ZOOM ZOOMING TO THE MOON! has also received multiple Readers’ Favorite five-star reviews and will surely be an award-winning book as well once it enters book awards competitions.
